We are taking AI past the chatbot and into the daily operations of small businesses: the phone, the diary, the paperwork and the chasing. Agents that know your sector, follow its rules, and do the job every day without being reminded.
Why we exist
Most AI is built for enterprises. Most businesses are not.
The businesses that make up most of the UK economy have no IT department, no budget for experiments and no time to learn a new system. They have a receptionist who is also on the phone, an owner who does the quotes at the kitchen table, and a Friday afternoon that goes on invoicing.
We started Blott because the useful version of AI for those businesses is not a tool. It is a colleague who takes a job and does it properly, inside the systems the business already runs, with the judgement to ask before doing anything that matters. That is what we build, and we build it to fit each business rather than the other way round.
We are deliberately small. Every engagement is run by people who have done it before, and every agent we build is one we would be comfortable answering our own phone.
