Training and knowledge sharing

A team that knows what the AI is for, and what it is not.

Tools do not change how a business runs; people do. We train owners and staff to work alongside the agents and assistants they now have, to get good results from them day to day, and to know exactly when to step in. Practical, in your own words, on your own work, with nothing that sounds like a lecture.

Most AI projects stall at the desk, not the demo.

The agent works. The receptionist does not trust it, the owner cannot tell whether it is doing a good job, and six months later it is quietly switched off. Training is how that does not happen.

01

Trust comes from understanding

Staff who know what the agent can and cannot do stop second-guessing it and start correcting it. We show them how it makes decisions, where it will ask for help, and how to see what it did.

02

Owners need enough to supervise

You do not need to become technical. You do need to read a weekly brief, spot a bad pattern, and know which knob to turn. We teach exactly that much and no more.

03

Knowledge that stays when we leave

Everything is written down in your language, for your business, and kept current as the agents change. New starters learn it in an afternoon. Nobody has to call us to remember how something works.

What we cover.

Six modules, built around the roles in your business rather than the technology. Most teams need three or four of them.

01

Foundations

What these systems are, what they are good and bad at, and why they sometimes state things confidently and wrongly. Forty minutes that removes most of the fear and most of the hype.

02

Working with your agents

The agents you actually have: what each one does, what it hands to a person, how to read its log, how to correct it. Taught on live examples from your own week.

03

Getting good results

How to ask for what you want from an assistant, check the answer, and iterate. Practised on the emails, quotes and documents your team writes every day.

04

Data and privacy at work

What can go into a tool and what never should, in plain rules a busy team can follow. Aligned to GDPR and to your sector's expectations, and to whatever your compliance adviser has already said.

05

Knowing when to hand over

The moments a person should take the call, the complaint or the decision back from the agent, and how to do it without the customer noticing a seam.

06

Supervising as an owner

Reading the Monday brief, setting thresholds, asking the right questions of us, and judging whether an agent is earning its keep. An hour, once, then a short refresher each quarter.

How it runs.

Before

Listen first

Half an hour with the owner and ten minutes with a few of the team. We learn the words you use, the tools you run and where people are nervous, and build the sessions around that.

Session 1

Owner and managers

Ninety minutes on supervising, thresholds, the weekly brief and the questions to ask. Done before the team session so the answers are consistent.

Session 2

The whole team

Two hours, on site or on video, split by role. Front desk, back office and field staff each work on their own real examples. Nobody sits through material that is not for them.

After

Floor-walking and the playbook

We are on hand for the first week of questions, then leave a short playbook in your own words that is updated whenever an agent changes. A monthly clinic is available if you want it.

At a glance

Short, practical and specific to your business. Included with every agent we build, and available on its own if you are using tools from elsewhere.

Questions people ask

Our team is not technical. Will this go over their heads?

It is built for people who are not technical. There is no code, no jargon and nothing to install. Everything is taught on the emails, calls and jobs your team already handles, in the words they already use.

Can you train us on tools we did not buy from you?

Yes. Many teams use assistants from elsewhere alongside our agents, or have none of ours at all. The Foundations, Getting good results and Data and privacy modules apply to any tool, and we adapt the rest to whatever you run.

How do you handle staff who are worried about their jobs?

Openly, and early. We are clear about what the agents take on (the repetitive work nobody enjoys) and what stays with people, and we make time in the team session for the question to be asked properly. It is the most important part of the day.

What is in the playbook?

One or two pages per agent or tool: what it does, what it hands to a person, how to check it, who to call. Written in your language, kept in a place your team already uses, and updated whenever something changes.

Do you offer this for a whole industry group or franchise?

Yes. We build a core programme once and tailor a short section for each site or member, which is considerably cheaper than training each one from scratch.

The agent is the easy part. Let's get the team ready.
